This recipe is very delicious, and it can be eaten alone if you want. But if you want, you can eat it with some avocadoes and turn it into a full meal!

Grab all your ingredients and wash them in a bowl, except for the tofu. Chop your tomatoes, bell pepper, mini sweet pepper, cucumber, and celery in the Nutri Chopper. You can dice the green onions yourself.

Take your 1/2 firm tofu, chop in the Nutri Chopper, and place into a separate bowl. Also, place your green onions in the same bowl.

Slice and Chop your parsley and cilantro and place into a separate bowl. Take your Instant Pot, pour 3 small measuring cups of oil, and wait until it gets hot.

Put your green onions into the pot to fry, and then put your tofu. Remember to stir. Put your 1/4 plant-based ground in there and fry for 3-4 min.

Add 4 tablespoons of Haitian Epis, 1 tbsp of ground salt, 1 tbsp ground cloves, 2 bottle tops of Apple Cider Vinegar, 10 drops of cayenne pepper, 8-10 drops of Basil leaves, 4 drops of ground Oregano, and mix.

Add 1/2 of the vegetable mix in your bowl to the pot, and mix. Then add, 4 tbsp pasta sauce, 2 tbsp plain cream cheese spread, and stir.

Add your bowl of chopped parsley and cilantro, and stir. Wash 3 small measuring cups of brown rice in a bowl. Add your bowl of rice into the pot, and stir.

Pour 3 small measuring cups of water into the pot, and stir. Use the Instant Pot top to cover the Instant Pot. Press the Multigrain button and set it for 20 minutes.

After it’s done steaming, move your rice into a separate bowl, and press the “Sauté” button on your Instant Pot, and pour 2 small measuring cups of oil.

Then add some frozen vegetables in there and add as much as you want, and if needed, add more salt, and stir. You can now add your rice into the pot and keep stirring. Finally, your Tofu Rice is ready!
