A great oven-roasted potato side dish recipe made with parsley flakes, olive oil, and Haitian epis spice! If you don’t have Haitian epis then you can always add regular salt.

Grab out 4 potatoes and wash them in a bowl. Peel the skin from the potatoes but not all the way.

Take out your washed potatoes and slice/chop all of them, then, take out a baking tray and spread the potatoes on it.

Now, add 1 1/2 tbsp of Haitian epis spice, 4 tbsp of olive oil, and mix. Add the desired amount of parsley flakes, and it’s ready for the oven!

Set your oven on 420°F and bake for 45 minutes. And remember to add more salt if needed!
